Develop Internal combustion live DAQ monitor UI

Testing the limits of hydrogen combustion can come with high risky costs, as the abnormal combination phonemes are difficult to predict. With limited time to identify the abnormal combustion and react to it while maintaining the engine facility and the testing environment in a safe condition, it sounds very challenging. That is why the live data UI could play an acritical role in the testing conditions by integrating multiple layers of protections depending on the lever of the abnormal combustion.

The risk is divided into three categories depending on the consequences of each case

risk category one is defined as causing no harm to the engine when operating these conditions for a few minutes. Risk category 2 is a higher risk that could damage the engine; risk category 3 is an extreme risk that might affect the test environment and cause permanent direct damage to the engine.

Based on this, multiple alarm levels have been added using the direct and closed loop functions to update the operator with the risk category 3 in live data. The second risk category has a productive level in the UI to show the operator the prospect of having any of these risks and provide a proactive operating strategy with a direct alarm to cut the fuel supply. For level three alarms, the automated PLC shutdown automatically reacts and provides a full purging without waiting for permission from the operator.
